Some things you should know in advance:
We will reply to all email / online bookings within 2 working days.
We require a deposit of 50% of the overall cost of your stay to guarantee your booking.
Payment methods are: credit / debit card or BACS transfer direct to our account.
If you wish to cancel your booking, we will refund your payment in full up to 6 weeks before your proposed arrival. For cancellations after 6 weeks and up to 3 weeks before your proposed arrival, we will refund 25% of your payment. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 3 weeks prior to your proposed arrival.
Guests should vacate the cottage by 10 am on the morning of departure.
The cottage is usually available from 5 pm on the day of arrival.
